Our coat is water repellent and has an insulated black quilted nylon outer. Includes a Polartec 300 fleece lining and a tummy panel with a cargo buckle closure at the waist. Hook and loop closure is available on request. The turtleneck is sewn in, but if you want a snood or a detachable neck piece, just let the designer know. A harness/leash port is available on request.
